Not sure about the whole monkey waiter thing, I think you might need a lot of boiled soya beans for tips. Works for some, the Japanese’s look like they love it.
I don't know, Paul. I agree with one of the Japanese men interviewed when he said that the monkeys do a better job than a few waiters/waitresses he's had in the past. Having been a waitress for the entire spanse of a hellish 2 weeks & I do have a great deal of empathy, admiration, & patience to anyone in that position.
