Before & After: 50 lbs
The long awaited Before & After video.
Since April of this year I have lost over 50 lbs. Here are some pictures of how I have changed.

You have no idea how many problems I have run into making this video from software failure to using new software to uploading issues. Oh well, here it is. :)

Awww Kristy! I loved this video! How great! My favorite picture is the one where you're posing in your scrubs at work. You look beautiful. You're going to have to make a before and after video for me someday. Unfortunately my 50 pounds lost has all been in my face, so I dont feel like I'm as hot as you look.. but maybe someday soon. :) Congratulations. I'm so proud of you!
LOL My co-worker snaped that right as I did that & said I had to use it. I thought it was funny. I look like some Hooters waitress. hehe.
It seems like I've just noticed the body loss only recently. At 30/40 lbs lost it all seemed to have come from my face. I really couldn't tell it that much in my body but all of a sudden I've started noticing it there too. And, only then can I notice it when I have clothes on. No clothes = no good. LOL
Inspirational, girl! Such a huge difference :)
yeah I'm thinking that I'll start to notice it a bit more in about 20 or so pounds. I was heavier than you were when you started this adventure... so I've got a lot more to lose before i'll really be able to see the results in places other than my face and my already non-existent booty.
anyway, you look great. You're so hardcore.
