Kris_tea, your doing great! You know after a year you still consistantly log a loss nearly every week! Even when not totally consistant with exercise! You should be very proud of yourself! Just think of how many of those 'lifestyle ' changes you've made that are now a permanent part of you.
Your 5k will happen if you want it to. So don't stress about that either. I'm walking a 5k with hubby this Saturday. Hubby isn't and probably never will be a runner. So this gives me something to share with him and gets him moving for his health. I really worry about him weighing in the 270's at six foot and very inactive. So if walking a 5k will get him moving instead of watching me run it then so be it. Be good girlfriend! Find that 5k, sign up for it, train for it, stay healthy, own it! LOL! JINx!

Thanks Jinx. There have been several weeks where I really wanted to not post a weigh in but I thought, "No, I can't do that. I need to be honest with myself & I know when I see others who are successful having a bit of trouble it make me feel better because I know they are human & that there is nothing wrong with me when I have difficulties."

Have fun at the 5K. :)
