Weekly loss: -1.75
Total loss: -66.5 lbs

Finally, past that 65 lb mark. Whew!

Sorry about it being a little late & if the video quality seems a bit weird. I finally got that new software & I'm still trying to figure it out. I tried twice to upload this video Tuesday & then realized I was trying to upload a 6 GB video, so I had to go back & reedit it. :)

Girl i'am so happy for you .First for your weightloss! And second for the YOGA! If you've read a post of mine lately you know i have fallen in love with it too. I think i've taken three classes and it just makes me feel amazing. 9 pounds since January your doing GREAT! Keep your chin up and keep doing what your doing! Have a great week! Jinx!

Thanks so much. I did read your blog about yoga. I went to my church to do the class today & found out that it is actually every other week (if I had read the ad properly, I would have known this) &, apparently, this was not an "other" week. :P Oh well, there is always next week. Can't wait!

I know 9 lbs doesn't actually sound that great but regarding the struggle I've had with getting back at it 100%, I was pleasantly pleased.
