Yeahhh! Kris tea! Ah- oh now you know how much you can push yourself.Now your gonna have to do that every time! :) I think you can certainly do the 5k in April. Even if you had to walk a little. Way to go girl!Jinx!

Thanks. Oh, I plan on doing it even if I do have to walk a lot of it but now I know that (as long as I don't twist my ankle or something) I can definitely run a large portion of it. When I figured my pace for that 22 min, I had to calculate it about 3 times before I was convinced (& really, I'm still not entirely convinced) that I had an average pace of 6 mph. I did run 6 mph once during the 2nd or 3 week on C25K but haven't since. I have actually been running between 4.5 & 4.8 for the last couple of months. But 6, oh my gosh! And, I tried to keep it slow. hehe
