Hoooray for size 12! And a 1.75 loss. Girl you are doing so so good! So glad to hear your grandmother is doing better. Will keep you all in my thoughts. I think you are going to Love bike riding . I hope you can find a nice place to ride. Went for my second long run today of almost 5 miles. Uuuughhh! But i must say it seemed a little easier than last week. Be good this week! Jinx!

I'm not quite a size 12 but I'm certainly getting close. Maybe another 10 lbs or so.

I use to ride all the time when I was a kid & can't wait to get back into it. Maybe I'll go for a ride Friday if the weather is better & I don't have to stay with my grandmother. There really aren't any good places to ride around here but I'll search them out. Starting in April some of the towns in the area host city rides & the guy who I bought the bike from is wanting me to do them in the spring.

Way to go with the 2nd run. I'll get there one of these days. I think I'm hitting a mental block rather than a physical one that is keeping me from pushing myself any further. I'm going to try to go for a run today (first one in almost 2 weeks) but next week I've really got to start pushing myself & get a routine down & stick to it.
