One of the blogs that I read is offering a give-away of a book called Apronology. It is all about aprons. So one of the requirements of entering this give-away was that I had to make a post about it.
Ok, I know what you are thinking, "Why would anyone want a book all about aprons?" However, the aprons in this book are fantastic; a whole new take on "the apron." I really would like to get into making my own clothes & aprons seem pretty simple so maybe that would be one way to ease myself into sewing. This book may give me some great ideas on what to create myself. Some of these aprons look like, with a little more fabric, they would make some really cute skirts, so that could be an idea as well. :)....also, never forget, I'm a bit of a dork, not to mention a book collector.
