100 lbs Challenge Video #6 & On Vacation

No weigh in. I'm on vacation.

Sorry I look so terrible. I had just finished a day of Vacation Bible School & my hair & makeup are certainly showing it. &:)

I've eaten out a lot this week but I've made somewhat sensible decisions. My exercise hasn't been as intense as when I'm at the gym but I have done some.

What I like about myself: I'm starting to gain more & more confidence & actually feel somewhat attractive. :)
